Learnings of a 20 year old building successful
startups without external capital.
Thousands of days and nights coding, building the product, sharing it with my network and reiterating the process again and again continuously.
Many times crossed the 100 hour work week mark just to stay afloat and build the right thing faster.
Keeping calm and waiting for the right person to come by. Not every person is a customer.
Believing in data, research, user feedback and personal guts to build my startups.
Ignoring naysayers and negative people daily, and show them the success of my work instead of wasting time arguing.
Best fact, now all my products are used by 100s to 1000s of people daily, organically.
I bootstrapped and never took external capital at least till now,
because that would've changed the power dynamic, and might've prevented me from becoming profitable. I wanted control in my hand. Hence, I invested my own time & money. P.S. I received several term sheets from investors anyways.
I sacrificed going out, partying, watching movies, wasting time on leisure activities and sorting my priorities very clearly. Only work.
Time was limited and I had a future in the past.
I had to build it the way I wanted.
Hence, I made the choices purely based on long term impact and logic instead of personal satisfaction or self pleasurable emotions.
I believed in these 3 to transform my way of thinking: It all starts with the basics
No abusive language, No bad thoughts, No bad sights.
I started staying close to the right people who thought clearly and made the right choices in life.
I left all those who didn't have any future and were basically homeless according to the habits today.
I made efforts to connect to the right people and talk with them to gain the right mindset.
I excercise almost daily, sometimes things get skipped as I'm still trying to figure things out.

Kim joined Future Electronics in 1999. “My first position was in a lively sales department called “Disty” in a Sales Support and Customer Service role. The group was very close and felt like a family. I am so lucky to still be working with many of these people today,” says Kim.
As the department and sales increased, Kim took on the role of Sales Executive. “I was able to hone my sales skills and grow an account base in the Global Call Centre that allowed me to join the Eastern Canada sales team managing a larger portfolio of OEM’s and CMs, where I am to this day. Many of my accounts I have serviced for over 15 years due to the strong relationships I have created.”
Kim studied Leisure and Recreation and Concordia University. I have seen many people who do crime and hurt innocent while wearing religious clothes, just to look like saints.
Wearing clothes of a religion doesn't makes one innocent or honest. It's the person inside that needs to be cleaned, not the clothes outside.

Jake Janowitz (25), a young and passionate “Plantrepreneur,” is transforming interiors across Birmingham with his new boutique plant business, Botany Birmingham. Located in the heart of downtown Birmingham, Botany Birmingham is the area’s first plant showroom specializing in rare, unique, and collector’s edition houseplants. Alongside offering exceptional plants, Botany Birmingham focuses on interior plantscaping services for both residential and commercial clients—bringing the beauty of greenery into homes and businesses alike.
Drawing on a lifelong love of nature and several degrees from Michigan State University, Janowitz launched Botany Birmingham in April of 2024 to share his expertise in designing lush, sustainable indoor environments. “Plantscaping isn’t just about adding plants to a space; it’s about creating a living design that complements interiors and enhances the atmosphere,” said Janowitz. “Our clients want green spaces that are easy to care for but also impactful and rejuvenating.”

Nationwide Salaries are almost the same since last decade. While Inflation's Skyrocketing through roof.
Most youth is busy on wasting time seeing movies, p*rnography and playing games.
When confronted with the fact, defensiveness is the only option.
Youth has adapted a unique quality to show positive faces even when everything else in the background is on fire, failing economy, depreciating talent in the country, sky-high unemployment and skills are almost non existent.
No wonder why Thousands of millionaires and Lakhs of talented students are fleeing the country to live a better life abroad.
According to avg Indian youth everything is fine and the country is growing, because they read facts from WhatsApp university.
The youth of India has become very lazy and takes most of the things for granted, they think, we'll complete school easily, take either of rat race mainstream media exam such as JEE, NEET, NDA etc. Somebody leaks the exam every year, we will take private college, pay 10L+ fees, and magically someone will appear and give us a high paying job. What they forget to notice is they are inside India, which has 1.4 Billion people. For a peon job also masters students are applying. Sometimes masters/phd graduate students also have no option but to work on a daily wage in class d jobs. Yet the avg youth is happy k1lling their time watching series, movies, going out with friends, playing games and that's how majority of youth's day goes. When they don't get a job, most of them ignore the fact that apart from ignorance from govt. on key issues, the youth themselves aren't trying hard in the first place, they themselves have become lazy.
Most of the govt. data is faked to show growth on international charts. This makes the avg youth become fake proud on their country and they think everything is fine.
The solution to all this is obviously not simple, but neither too complex.
we as youth need to raise our voices for more jobs, skilled education focusing on practical knowledge rather than making everyone an educated parrot. Reduction in fees of colleges and universities. Free good healthcare and education that will pave the way towards better future of the country.
Talented youth should be offered more opportunities so that they will stay in the country or otherwise they will settle abroad and build billion dollars companies there and pay taxes there only. We don't need 1 or 2 unicorn founders we need Thousands from every state to take the country to next level and create jobs in mass.
