Leagues, ranks, and GoodWill
- GoodWill measures your activity and quality; it feeds into your rank and league. Higher ranks unlock visibility boosts and credibility signals.
- Earn GoodWill by posting frequently, writing engaging updates, replying to others, and keeping link counts reasonable to avoid spammy signals.
- Rank icons and league badges appear on profiles, posts, and leaderboards so others can quickly gauge your reputation.
Collaborate and grow
- Discovery: browse people, topics, and hashtags to find partners.
- Projects: share what you are building, attach media, and pin key updates to your profile.
- Signals: likes, reposts, and replies help your work reach more people; keep conversations going in threads.
- Profile tags: add skill or industry hashtags in your bio (e.g., #founder, #product, #ai) for better matching.
Safety and controls
- Report or mute: use the post or profile menu to report abuse or mute accounts.
- Privacy: adjust who can message or follow you in Settings.
- Verification: apply in Verification; review typically takes 2-5 business days.
- Account deletion: you can delete your account anytime from Settings.
How posts are ranked
- Positive signals: likes, comments, reposts, and author GoodWill help posts rise.
- Quality signals: fewer outbound links, clear formatting, and media that fits the topic improve trust.
- Sensitive content: flagged or sensitive posts are deranked and hidden from the general feed until viewers consent to see them.
- Freshness and behavior: recent, non-spammy posts from engaged authors surface more often.
Earning and premium
- Monetization: enable payouts in Content Monetization, set pricing, and share paid posts.
- Supporters: thank paid supporters in your posts and keep them updated with exclusive content.
- Receipts and wallet: track income from your wallet; withdrawals depend on your selected payout method.
Messaging and outreach
- Open a user profile and tap Message to start a conversation.
- Replying to a post creates a thread; you can also DM the author for direct follow-up.
- Be concise, include context, and link to your work sparingly for better response rates.
Troubleshooting
- Can't log in: use reset password, then clear browser cache if you still see cached pages.
- Feed looks stale: pull to refresh (mobile) or reload; if issues persist, log out and back in.
- Missing notifications: confirm browser or app notifications are enabled and check Settings for notification preferences.
