I follow the rule of:
Being honest with myself and my soul.
Never do wrong intentionally.
Never hurt someone who's innocent.
Never build wrong friends and habits.
Stay positive and work for good.
I respect each and every god equally.
However keeping everything aside,
I consider the purity and clarity of my mind and purpose of my life to be the biggest guiding force of my life.
I have seen many people who do crime and hurt innocent while wearing religious clothes, just to look like saints.
Wearing clothes of a religion doesn't makes one innocent or honest. It's the person inside that needs to be cleaned, not the clothes outside.

How to become a Game Developer ⬇️

A fact: I am the 2022 Indie Fan Favorite Second Rank World Champion in Game development out of 149 countries represented India at GDWC.
Most games are usually built on game dev softwares that are known as engines.
There are many game engines:
Unreal Engine, Unity, Godot, Cryengine etc.
Some companies make their own engines
for max control over customizability:
RAGE (Rockstar), Frostbite (DICE) etc.
Every engine has pros & cons, future potential, research before choosing any engine.
All engines have diff ecosystems, community support potential and marketplaces.
Engines with best community support are:
Unreal Engine (UE), Unity
More users of a engine = better chances of getting help/updates in the case of any issue.
UE is quite hard to get started with due to steep learning curve thanks to overwhelming amount of in built features.
How devs see it globally:
UE = Better for Hyper realism, PC, Console
Unity = Better for mobile and portable devices
You can however create games for most platforms in both engines. But before choosing any engine see if it's feature availability meets your career or personal goals.
To start learning game development:
There are two ways:
Self Learn or Institute
Now if you're like me who's a student short on budget but still wants to achieve big heights,
go for self learn. I won't guide you wrong even if haters will spread hate in comments, but here's the truth- game dev institutes in India has syllabus that is very outdated isn't worth lacs of fee they charge and provide very little value & knowledge according to international standards in game dev today. That's the ground reality I learnt after winning competitions globally. Btw, I am a self learnt game developer.
so If I can do it myself most can.
However even then if you want to join classes it's on you and lacs of fee is on your parents.
Now the main thing, how to self learn:
I learnt Unreal engine from:
Online documentations, UE community
& Youtube tuts
That's it. On internet you can find and learn anything, given that you are commited to stay dedicated, do hardwork and practice daily, you can also become a world famous game developer one day. The self learn journey I followed is unique, but very rewarding.

PLASTICS Provides Economic Analysis on Back-to-School Shopping

Washington, D.C. (knowasiak ) September 11, 2024 - PLASTICS, an advocacy organization supporting the entire plastics supply chain, recently published an in-depth economic analysis that decodes the trends in back-to-school shopping and their subsequent effects on the plastics industry. Dr. Perc Pineda, the association's Chief Economist, draws upon data from the National Retail Federation's latest Back-to-Class survey to underline significant spending patterns, highlighting a projected $39 billion in back-to-school spending and $87 billion for back-to-college essentials. This extensive spending has far-reaching implications for various sectors, particularly the plastics industry, which plays a critical role in manufacturing the essential items that students and families rely on for the academic year.

The analysis reveals a notable demand for plastic products, which are fundamental in manufacturing a myriad of back-to-school items from binders to lunchboxes. Plastic materials are integral not only in the production of these everyday items but also in the packaging and distribution processes that ensure products reach consumers efficiently and safely. Dr. Pineda elucidates the potential for increased new orders, production, and shipments within the plastics sector, suggesting a direct correlation between consumer spending habits and industrial activity. He emphasizes that as consumer demand surges during the back-to-school season, so too does the need for plastics, which underscores the vital connection between consumer markets and the health of the plastics industry.

Dr. Pineda points out the strategic importance of understanding these spending patterns to align production schedules and inventory management with market demand. By anticipating the peaks and troughs in demand, manufacturers can optimize their operations, reduce waste, and increase profitability. This proactive approach not only benefits the manufacturers but also enhances the overall efficiency and sustainability of the supply chain, which is crucial in an era where environmental concerns are increasingly influencing business practices.

PLASTICS continues to champion the growth and sustainability of the plastics industry by providing crucial data and analyses that help stakeholders make informed decisions. The organization's commitment to delivering actionable insights positions it as a key resource for industry members looking to navigate the complexities of modern market dynamics. By offering detailed economic analyses, PLASTICS enables companies to stay ahead of market trends, adapt to changes in consumer behavior, and maintain a competitive edge.

The association encourages industry members and the public to delve into the full analysis available on their blog, fostering a deeper understanding of the economic dynamics at play. For further details or inquiries, please visit the PLASTICS website at https://www.plasticsindust... or contact their office directly at (202) 974-5200. PLASTICS is located at 1425 K St. NW, Suite 500, Washington, DC 20005.

India's Youth Transformation to Blindfolded Unskilled Cavemen

More than 45% India's Youth is Unemployed.
Most aren't even searching for jobs actively.
22 crore applied for mere 8 Lakh govt. vacancies. What a dependence on shrinking govt sector jobs, yet brainwashed youth is running for rat race.
Nationwide Salaries are almost the same since last decade. While Inflation's Skyrocketing through roof.
Most youth is busy on wasting time seeing movies, p*rnography and playing games.
When confronted with the fact, defensiveness is the only option.

Youth has adapted a unique quality to show positive faces even when everything else in the background is on fire, failing economy, depreciating talent in the country, sky-high unemployment and skills are almost non existent.

No wonder why Thousands of millionaires and Lakhs of talented students are fleeing the country to live a better life abroad.
According to avg Indian youth everything is fine and the country is growing, because they read facts from WhatsApp university.

The youth of India has become very lazy and takes most of the things for granted, they think, we'll complete school easily, take either of rat race mainstream media exam such as JEE, NEET, NDA etc. Somebody leaks the exam every year, we will take private college, pay 10L+ fees, and magically someone will appear and give us a high paying job. What they forget to notice is they are inside India, which has 1.4 Billion people. For a peon job also masters students are applying. Sometimes masters/phd graduate students also have no option but to work on a daily wage in class d jobs. Yet the avg youth is happy k1lling their time watching series, movies, going out with friends, playing games and that's how majority of youth's day goes. When they don't get a job, most of them ignore the fact that apart from ignorance from govt. on key issues, the youth themselves aren't trying hard in the first place, they themselves have become lazy.

Most of the govt. data is faked to show growth on international charts. This makes the avg youth become fake proud on their country and they think everything is fine.

The solution to all this is obviously not simple, but neither too complex.
we as youth need to raise our voices for more jobs, skilled education focusing on practical knowledge rather than making everyone an educated parrot. Reduction in fees of colleges and universities. Free good healthcare and education that will pave the way towards better future of the country.

Talented youth should be offered more opportunities so that they will stay in the country or otherwise they will settle abroad and build billion dollars companies there and pay taxes there only. We don't need 1 or 2 unicorn founders we need Thousands from every state to take the country to next level and create jobs in mass.

Stop wasting your Time/Money on CAT
It's out of trend. It's a rat race not worth running.
Choose this Route instead.

Avg acceptance of IIMs is 2.4%.
So 5-6k get a seat in IIM out of 2,30,000 lakh students that appear for the exam.
Avg fee of IIMs is 22.5 Lakh for leading MBA or PGDM programs.
If we include living costs the Total Cost of Attendance becomes 31.37 Lakh on avg.
Avg salary of IIM grad is 35LPA which is for the selected 5-6k students what about others?
If you attended CAT that means you had some expected source of funds for your Studies already either in cash or using edu loan.
Point is, instead of wasting your time preparing for rate race exam of CAT why not use that money to go study abroad in UK, Finland etc in the same budget and earn avg salaries of 60-80 LPA as fresher?
The difference is in perspective, some like to waste time, run in herd and race unnecessarily.
While some take the smart route and reach their destination fast without hurdles.
Point is there are easy routes to earn more or same if you have the funds already with you,
instead of taking the old paths, why not walk on a new path, a road not taken which is more rewarding and easy in life?
Some of you might argue there are colleges as FMS Delhi which offer 34LPA placement and have very low fee, so why not go for it?
Only 1% students out of 2.3Lakh students get a 99 percentile which is needed by these colleges to even let you place your foot in the door. What about the rest 99% of students who were below the cutoff? Think about that,
Not everything is black and white I know,
some of you might have dream to get into IIM or any other Top B school in India.
Good luck and go for it if it's your dream. But if it's something you heard from somebody else, that IIM degree pays you well and you start running for it, please don't do it's called rat race. If you have the budget find other options that won't waste your time and will give you the same if not more ROI at bare minimum
with less competition.
Going away from herd like competition is a smart move for everybody. Settling on a rant that you want to do CAT because your cousin did or you uncle said is an idiotic move, unless you are passionate about it yourself.
Live the world through your own eyes, stop doing what others are running towards,
research yourself, make your own unique way.
