Medication and Treatment Options for Alcohol Addiction | Ramban Drink Stop
Alcohol, often consumed to relax or celebrate, can lead to serious issues like violence, relationship problems, and workplace conflicts. While moderate drinking is often considered acceptable, even a single drink can sometimes lead to lifelong addiction. Alcohol abuse can harm the liver and heart and may also lead to mental health problems like anxiety and depression. Hence, addressing alcohol addiction is crucial. Fortunately, there are various medications and treatments available to help individuals quit alcohol. Let's explore these options.
Modern Medications
Modern medications can help manage alcohol dependency by targeting the psychological aspects of addiction. Drugs like disulfiram, naltrexone, and acamprosate either make alcohol consumption unpleasant or block its euphoric effects. These medications may also help reduce cravings by restoring the brain's chemical balance. They come in pill or injection form, with dosage and frequency determined by a physician.
However, these drugs can have side effects, including headaches, nausea, fatigue, changes in liver function, breathing difficulties, loss of appetite, and anxiety. To improve effectiveness, these medications are often combined with counseling to address withdrawal symptoms and other related issues.
Natural and Herbal Remedies
For those seeking gentler treatment options, natural remedies can be a beneficial complement to conventional methods. Although they may not entirely replace modern treatments, they can support the recovery process.
Here are some helpful herbs:
Ashwagandha: Reduces anxiety and stress, common triggers for alcohol consumption, making it easier to quit.
Kudzu (Pueraria montana): Contains compounds that mitigate alcohol’s effects on the brain, reducing cravings.
Dandelion (Simhadanti): Protects the liver from alcohol-induced damage and can aid recovery when consumed as a concoction.
Brahmi: Enhances mental clarity and emotional balance, crucial for quitting alcohol. It rejuvenates the body and supports alcohol-free living.
Ayurvedic de-addiction remedy- Ramban Drink Stop, an Ayurvedic solution, helps manage addiction and withdrawal symptoms. The following are the benefits of Drink Stop, an ayurvedic cure for alcoholism:
No color or taste, making it easy to consume.
Reduces cravings and prevents relapse.
Offers long-lasting effects.
Detoxifies the liver and prevents further damage.
Benefits of Quitting Alcohol
Quitting alcohol offers numerous benefits, both physical and mental:
Physical Benefits:
Improved heart and liver function, reducing the risk of related diseases.
Enhanced immunity.
Better weight control.
Improved sleep quality.
Mental Benefits:
Reduced anxiety and stress.
Stable mood and improved mental clarity.
Emotional Benefits:
Improved relationships.
Higher self-esteem and confidence.
Financial Benefits:
Better financial status.
Increased productivity and time management.
Lifestyle Changes and Therapy
While medications and herbal remedies are important, lifestyle changes are equally essential. Consider the following:
Avoid places and events where alcohol is served; surround yourself with sober companions.
Therapists can help uncover the root causes of alcohol use.
Maintain a balanced diet and engage in regular physical activity to boost mood and energy.
Practice yoga and meditation to stay mindful of triggers and manage stress.
Connect with individuals who have successfully quit alcohol and lean on family and friends for support.
A Word of Caution
Herbal remedies, though appealing, aren't regulated as strictly as pharmaceutical drugs. Always consult a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you're on other medications or have underlying health conditions.
Conclusion
Quitting alcohol is challenging, but with the right combination of medication, herbal remedies, lifestyle changes, counseling, and support, it is achievable. Whether you opt for modern medicine or natural remedies, the ultimate goal is to live an alcohol-free life. Your journey is personal, and the right approach will help you reach that goal.

How to become a Game Developer ⬇️
A fact: I am the 2022 Indie Fan Favorite Second Rank World Champion in Game development out of 149 countries represented India at GDWC.
Most games are usually built on game dev softwares that are known as engines.
There are many game engines:
Unreal Engine, Unity, Godot, Cryengine etc.
Some companies make their own engines
for max control over customizability:
RAGE (Rockstar), Frostbite (DICE) etc.
Every engine has pros & cons, future potential, research before choosing any engine.
All engines have diff ecosystems, community support potential and marketplaces.
Engines with best community support are:
Unreal Engine (UE), Unity
More users of a engine = better chances of getting help/updates in the case of any issue.
UE is quite hard to get started with due to steep learning curve thanks to overwhelming amount of in built features.
How devs see it globally:
UE = Better for Hyper realism, PC, Console
Unity = Better for mobile and portable devices
You can however create games for most platforms in both engines. But before choosing any engine see if it's feature availability meets your career or personal goals.
To start learning game development:
There are two ways:
Self Learn or Institute
Now if you're like me who's a student short on budget but still wants to achieve big heights,
go for self learn. I won't guide you wrong even if haters will spread hate in comments, but here's the truth- game dev institutes in India has syllabus that is very outdated isn't worth lacs of fee they charge and provide very little value & knowledge according to international standards in game dev today. That's the ground reality I learnt after winning competitions globally. Btw, I am a self learnt game developer.
so If I can do it myself most can.
However even then if you want to join classes it's on you and lacs of fee is on your parents.
Now the main thing, how to self learn:
I learnt Unreal engine from:
Online documentations, UE community
& Youtube tuts
That's it. On internet you can find and learn anything, given that you are commited to stay dedicated, do hardwork and practice daily, you can also become a world famous game developer one day. The self learn journey I followed is unique, but very rewarding.

During my school days, I realized the significance of making friends as it played a crucial role in my growth and development. Not only did my friends provide me with a sense of belonging, but they also helped me develop social skills, gain self-awareness, and broaden my understanding of the world. Through their unwavering support during life's highs and lows, I learned the true value of strong friendships that last a lifetime, empowering me to achieve big things in life.
Here's how I went about building these meaningful connections during my school days:
First and foremost, I embraced the philosophy of being myself. I understood that authenticity is a magnet for genuine friendships. So, I stayed true to who I was, refusing to put on a facade just to fit in. This approach led me to find like-minded individuals who shared my interests and values, forming the foundation of lasting friendships.
To expand my social circle, I actively participated in various clubs and activities. Whether it was joining a sports team, being part of a drama club, or engaging in thought-provoking debates, I discovered numerous opportunities to connect with people who had similar passions. Not only did I have a blast doing what I loved, but I also met friends with whom I could share my interests and ambitions.
Throughout my journey in forging new friendships, kindness and friendliness became my guiding principles. I made it a point to smile, greet others warmly, and take the time to get to know people on a deeper level. Simple acts of kindness had a profound impact, enabling me to build strong and genuine relationships with others.
Listening played a pivotal role in strengthening these connections. As I got to know my new friends, I took the time to actively listen to their stories, passions, and dreams. This genuine interest and support helped us bond on a deeper level, and I found joy in being there for them when they needed someone to lean on.
Being open-minded was another crucial aspect of my journey in making friends. I set aside judgments based on appearances, backgrounds, or interests, and instead, focused on finding common ground with individuals. Embracing this open-minded approach allowed me to see people as unique individuals, and I found that every person had something special to offer as a friend.
As I ventured into building friendships with "doers" who aspired to achieve big things in life, I knew the importance of surrounding myself with motivated individuals. Seeking out friends who shared similar goals and aspirations propelled me forward in my own pursuits. Together, we formed an inspiring network of support, encouraging and motivating each other to reach new heights.
To be a true friend to my ambitious peers, I practiced the art of support. I celebrated their achievements with genuine happiness, offering unwavering encouragement during their challenging moments. Being there for them through thick and thin reinforced the strength of our bonds, turning us into an unshakable team.
Setting goals together became a powerful tool in my growth journey. Collaboratively, we took on challenges, whether it was training for a marathon, embarking on a business venture, or mastering a new skill. This shared journey fueled our motivation and determination, leading us to achieve remarkable milestones as a united force.
Embracing a continuous learning mindset was essential for achieving big things in life. My friends and I were naturally curious and eager to explore new horizons. We encouraged each other to try new experiences, push our boundaries, and expand our knowledge. This insatiable hunger for learning kept us on an upward trajectory, always striving for greatness.
In conclusion, my school days were a tapestry of friendship and growth. By being myself, engaging in activities that aligned with my interests, and showing kindness and support to others, I built strong and lasting connections. Surrounding myself with motivated individuals, setting goals together, and embracing a passion for continuous learning elevated these friendships to new heights. Together, we became a force to be reckoned with, pushing each other towards achieving big things in life. The power of friendship, support, and shared ambition is truly transformative, and I am grateful for the incredible journey it has led me on.

How to build faster memory ⬇️
When you learn something new,
Follow this process:
1. Connect the dots with previous memories
2. Store the current memory in reference to an old memory that is relevant to it.
3. Reference in human memories can be built upon, similar qualities, outcomes, process, inputs etc.
4. Repeat the process of that new memory step by step in your brain to solidify the references.
Next time, when you'll try to remember anything from that domain, you will have a sea of memories instantly accessible and related to each other.
this makes you a better negotiator, observer, strategic planner, executor and leader.
This method works best when you can gain full knowledge from the source without missing any steps or finer details in between.
I used this method personally to win world championships.
Note: This is scientifically proven as well.

Deep Psychology Rules I Follow for Growth ⬇️
Some doors are better left closed.
Chasing every opportunity can lead you nowhere.
You can’t pour from an empty cup.
The deeper the roots, the stronger the tree.
You can’t change the wind, but you can adjust your sails.
The echo always returns what you send.
The shadow knows what the light cannot see.
The tighter the grip, the faster it slips away.
A full cup leaves no room for more.
The quietest footsteps make the loudest impact.
Mirrors never lie, but reflections are often distorted.
The tallest trees grow in the deepest silence.
What is hidden beneath the surface moves the tide.
The key may not fit the lock you expect.
What is hidden beneath the surface moves the tide.

Big life starts with small thoughts ⬇️
Most people never get the opportunity nor do they work towards it to try and go outside of their own country.
they d1e at the same place where they are born.
Most people will keep watching television after the job because it's easier to pass time than to use it.
Most people will never be able to feel the excitement of sitting in a flight.
Most people will pass their teens and work age running behind worthless relationships and fights.
Most people will waste their time seeing and comparing their own lives to others.
Most people will never be able to become producers of anything. All they are, is a cog in the system that can be replaced.
Most people will become old by the time they understand, scrolling phones, wasting time roaming around and learning that the time gone is wasted.
Most people will never be able to upgrade themselves, because they never tried to inculcate new thoughts.
Most people will pass away by the time they understand the real essence of life wasn't in fighting over small things with other humans, it was in enjoying each moment to the fullest and working to make lives of people around you better.
Big life starts with small thoughts.

Stop wasting your Time/Money on CAT
It's out of trend. It's a rat race not worth running.
Choose this Route instead.
Avg acceptance of IIMs is 2.4%.
So 5-6k get a seat in IIM out of 2,30,000 lakh students that appear for the exam.
Avg fee of IIMs is 22.5 Lakh for leading MBA or PGDM programs.
If we include living costs the Total Cost of Attendance becomes 31.37 Lakh on avg.
Avg salary of IIM grad is 35LPA which is for the selected 5-6k students what about others?
If you attended CAT that means you had some expected source of funds for your Studies already either in cash or using edu loan.
Point is, instead of wasting your time preparing for rate race exam of CAT why not use that money to go study abroad in UK, Finland etc in the same budget and earn avg salaries of 60-80 LPA as fresher?
The difference is in perspective, some like to waste time, run in herd and race unnecessarily.
While some take the smart route and reach their destination fast without hurdles.
Point is there are easy routes to earn more or same if you have the funds already with you,
instead of taking the old paths, why not walk on a new path, a road not taken which is more rewarding and easy in life?
Some of you might argue there are colleges as FMS Delhi which offer 34LPA placement and have very low fee, so why not go for it?
Only 1% students out of 2.3Lakh students get a 99 percentile which is needed by these colleges to even let you place your foot in the door. What about the rest 99% of students who were below the cutoff? Think about that,
Not everything is black and white I know,
some of you might have dream to get into IIM or any other Top B school in India.
Good luck and go for it if it's your dream. But if it's something you heard from somebody else, that IIM degree pays you well and you start running for it, please don't do it's called rat race. If you have the budget find other options that won't waste your time and will give you the same if not more ROI at bare minimum
with less competition.
Going away from herd like competition is a smart move for everybody. Settling on a rant that you want to do CAT because your cousin did or you uncle said is an idiotic move, unless you are passionate about it yourself.
Live the world through your own eyes, stop doing what others are running towards,
research yourself, make your own unique way.

This Life Theory Gave Me Exponential Growth ⬇️
I’m not racing against
anyone else in this world.
I’m racing against the person,
who I used to be.
I’m racing with myself.
I’m racing against my past and verifying that I’m not standing at the
same place as yesterday.
I’m racing against time, that will one day transform me back to ashes.
I’m racing to learn what i don’t know,
that uncertainty fuels my curiosity.
I’m one and I see this world as
a simulation designed to test my capabilities.
I don’t know if I’m in reality or not,
but I’m here for a purpose.
A purpose that makes me driven,
to achieve something that I don’t know yet.

Importance of Purpose ➡️
Purpose is the reason why something is done.
It is the underlying reason for your work.
If the purpose isn't clear, work doesn't hold value.
Purpose is the product of belief and target.
A clear purpose saves you time when achieving goals.
When you are facing difficulty achieving a goal, reason can either be one of these two things: You haven't planned your path well.
or your purpose wasn't clear.
The combination of two or more people with similar purposes, multiplies their power exponentially.
Purposes are often derailed when distractions take more attention than the intended main task.
To find purpose,
narrow down and critically reason back and forth until clarity is reached with your preconditioned beliefs.
Becoming your own critic is the best
way to find the correct way and discover your true self in today's distracted world.
