Efforts matter but not more than the outcome.
Somebody might spend 10hours learning but only score 50% while somebody might spend 1hour learning and get 80%. Outcomes are valued not the efforts, in real world.

focus on different aspects altogether. In an ad of a wristwatch, someone might be looking at the skin, while the other might be looking at the composition. Where we pay attention to, is defined by what we learned in the past. To give attention to the right things that help you grow, you'll need to learn the right things today. Today affects your tomorrow.
