I launched my first global product while doing high school exams.

It was called Knowasiak: a community built from my bedroom.

No investors. No paid ads.
Just raw iteration, obsession with user needs, and 17,500 monthly users across 115+ countries.

Here’s what 5 years of PMF experiments taught me:

→ Start before you feel ready. Your first version will suck. Ship anyway.

→ Organic users > perfect UX. Early friction shows you what actually matters.

→ Onboard with empathy. Every new user is confused at first—your job is to make them feel understood.

→ Watch behavior, not opinions. Feedback lies. Actions don’t.

→ Retention is your true growth lever. Solve one real problem. Solve it well.

→ Your ego will get in the way. Kill your darlings. Build for them, not for you.

→ PMF is a feeling and a graph. You’ll know when users come back, unprompted.

This stuff doesn’t come from courses.
It comes from shipping and hurting and learning.

What’s one painful but powerful lesson you learned before hitting PMF?
Would love to hear your story👇
