Find the current solution and find why it's not working or used by all people.
Innovate or build a new product/service that solves the problem that's unaddressed.
Find the best distribution channel,
focus on one in start.
Send the prototype to first users in family and friends to see if it fulfills it's purpose and if people show demand.
If you get organic demand, assess how large the market is globally, then find out at your product/service current status how many people you can reach realistically.
Assess and build the roadmap of how you'll scale and update it with time.
Assess how much money you need to reach your obtainable market faster.
Prepare a pitch deck of max 10 pages.
Register the logo, name and company.
Forward deck to angel investors, early stage VCs and EIRs via LinkedIn.
