“Hey, I visited your website again after a while. I remember it used to look really polished and professional, but honestly, it feels a bit messy now. The layout seems a little disorganized compared to before. Just wanted to give you some honest feedback as a friend—hope you don’t mind!😐@AdityaGaurav
Hey sss,
I value your feedback very much. Because you're one of the most experienced user with Knowasiak.
I changed the design language a little bit with time to test features that people will like or not.
I know there are still some rough edges here and there. But some of the features actually went to become more conversion friendly as I did the changes in UI & UX steadily over the last year.
I'll fix the known problems, some layout issues and some coloring issues as well fast with my team. But on the bright side, I think the changes paid off, we're growing at 20-33% month on month in user base!
And people are now posting more than ever.
But I really honestly want to ask your feedback, please tell me in reply, what needs to be changed and what can be made better or fixed to enhance users experience. I'll act on it swiftly.
Thanks,
Aditya ^^
Hey Aditya,
Thank you for the thoughtful reply — it’s always a pleasure talking with you! I’m really happy to hear the platform is growing so strongly, 20-33% monthly growth is amazing, and it shows how much effort you’ve put into building Knowasiak.
I completely understand the need to experiment with UI/UX over time, especially as the community grows and the product evolves. I’m definitely nowhere near your level technically, so I’m just speaking from my perspective as a long-time user and a fellow site owner.
Personally, I feel the earlier design had a more clean and premium feel — very easy to navigate and visually relaxing. The recent changes, at least from my side, feel a bit more busy and crowded, kind of moving closer to a Facebook-style feed. The simplicity that made it feel refreshing seems a little lost.
That said, I also get that higher conversions and engagement are super important. Maybe there’s a sweet spot where you can keep the clean, modern vibe but still retain the useful new features.
These are small things of course, and I totally respect the overall direction you’re aiming for. Just happy to share honest thoughts as a friend who’s been following Knowasiak for a long time!
Keep up the great work — it’s awesome to see your project growing and evolving. Wishing you even bigger milestones ahead.
Thank you sss for the response! I'll try to maintain the balance and rework on this again to make the site better. I've taken your feedback and I'll try to make it a little cleaner again. Thanks sss! 😊
