Diagnosed with Myelofibrosis at 32
After being diagnosed with myelofibrosis, those days surrounded by fatigue, night sweats, and an enlarged spleen were honestly really hard...
Today marks exactly 2 months since I started taking [Gecacitinib](https://dengyuemed.com/product/zepuping-gecacitinib-myelofibrosis/), and I wanted to honestly record the real changes I’ve experienced so far:
✅ The night sweats that bothered me for so long have decreased a lot — I can finally sleep through the night
✅ The bloating and pressure caused by my enlarged spleen have improved so much, and I can enjoy eating again
✅ My energy is slowly coming back — I’m no longer exhausted after walking a few steps, and I can go out for short walks again
✅ My mental state has visibly improved too — I’m not feeling foggy and drained all day anymore
Going from feeling hopeless and helpless to finally seeing a bit of hope again… targeted therapy has truly brought real improvements to my daily life.
Living with this disease is hard, but sticking with treatment and trying to live well really does make things slowly get better.
