How ranks work on Knowasiak

What is Goodwill?

Goodwill is your reputation score. Higher Goodwill means your posts surface more, get recommended more, and attract more engagement.

How you gain or lose

You gain Goodwill when you create or receive engagement: publish a post (+50), reply to a post (+60), someone replies to you (+40), each like or repost you receive (+25). You lose Goodwill when engagement is withdrawn or your post is flagged: a like or repost is removed (-25), your post is reported (-200).

Leagues & Ranks

Everyone is sorted into leagues: Ember (starter), Quartz (growing), Sapphire (advanced), Vermillion (top). Each league has three ranks: I (entry), II (mid), III (top).

Progress ladder

Climb in this order: Ember I → Ember II → Ember III → Quartz I → Quartz II → Quartz III → Sapphire I → Sapphire II → Sapphire III → Vermillion I → Vermillion II → Vermillion III (highest).
